Summary: We start with the foundation — self-awareness — because noticing your own state is what everything else builds on. From there we look at self-regulation, staying composed when it counts, and empathy, understanding where someone else is coming from and getting it right. Along the way: practical techniques for managing your emotions in the moment, and for listening in a way that makes people feel heard.

After the session, you’ll be able to:
